How do you accept payment?At SPCS, we make it easy by accepting a variety of payment methods. Our staff are all armed with Clover, Clover is a point of sale machine that allows us to accept credit card payments. We also accept check or cash! Deposits must be made on a credit card.

Do you do same day cleaning services?We would love to accommodate same day cleaning, however it is not always possible. Reach out to the team and see if we have any cancellations that day.

Are you insured?We are absolutely insured as are our cleaning staff.

Do you require background checks on your staff?We sure do! We even take it one step further, we require our cleaning staff to hold their level one fingerprint clearance card.

What are the hiring requirements for your staff?Every team member must pass a strict hiring process. We require background checks, public record checks, criminal history self disclosures, level one fingerprint clearance cards, annual training, drivers license, and must be drug free. We require our staff to pass drug screens and must be able to carry a variety of insurance while they are employed with SPCS. We understand that we are a guest in your home and your office. We ensure that we have the right people ready to assist you with your cleaning needs.

Are your staff bilingual?Yes, every member of our team can speak English and Spanish. Our teams are also supervised by an on-site supervisors, ensuring the services are delivered exactly how our clients want. Communication is key, our staff is ready to chat and discuss any cleaning needs you have.
Billing & Pricing
Payments Accepted
We use Clover as our credit card processing system. We are working to accept Venmo, Apple Pay, CashApp, and other forms of payment in the future. For now, we accept credit cards and or debit cards through our Clover processing system. A transaction fee will be applied when using our Clover processing system. We also charge a 5.6% sales tax for Arizona clients.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 72 hour cancellation notice for all services. Services that are cancelled same day will be charged at 50% of the services originally scheduled. We understand that life can happen, all we ask is that you communicate with us.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our word is our bond and if we say we provide the best cleaning services in Arizona, we mean it. If you are not 100% satisfied we will make it right or refund your money. All we ask, is that you allow us an opportunity to make it right.
